How quotes work

Know what is included before you decide.

Your quote sets out the service, marketplaces, expected volume, included work, and, where relevant, the repeat-review schedule. Paid work starts only after the work is agreed in writing.

01

Work volume

The number of known listings and the size of any marketplace review affect the workload.

02

Marketplace coverage

Each marketplace has its own information, rules, and process.

03

Evidence needed

Some requests need more supporting material or review than others.

04

Repeat schedule

Ongoing work is quoted around how often we review the marketplace again.

Before you enquire

A few useful answers.

Why are there no fixed prices?

Projects differ in listing volume, marketplaces, evidence, and repeat checks. We quote the defined work so you can see what is included before you decide.

Do we need a marketplace review before removal work?

No. If you already have the links, we can start with those. A wider review is available when you need to understand the problem first.

Can we start with one project?

Yes. Known-listing removal requests and marketplace reviews can be one-off projects. Ongoing support is optional.

What happens after we enquire?

Bastion reviews the information, clarifies anything important that is missing, and sends the next useful step. Paid work begins only under a separate written agreement.

Project enquiry · no obligation

Tell us what you need handled.

Send the links you already have, choose the marketplaces that matter, or describe the issue. Bastion will review your enquiry and help define the next step.

Helpful details:

  • Listing links or an approximate number
  • Marketplaces and countries
  • Whether you need a review, removal requests, or both
